Keihan is a nonbinary creature living in Vpet Research Lab 454--a myserious building surrounded by fog that is definitely NOT haunted by the ghosts of dead vpets. They spend their day doodling, playing games, and of course, taking care of vpets. They're accompanied by their helpers: Lupin the cat, Siegfried the bear, and an unnamed pink creature that's not quite a bunny.
Keihan maintains the research lab as a place that people can pass through and hang out in as they like. Just don't look too far out into the fog outside the windows...
